Create a Showflow

Showflow lets you arrange the settings of an event segment before the event and easily play it out when required during a live event. Using Showflow, you can add speakers, content elements, banners, and other settings on the stage and save them as a shot. At the time of event, you can simply play the saved shots as required to display the added elements.

Important: Showflow shots can only be added before the session begins. During the session, you cannot add or update shots.
The number of shots you can add would vary based on the plan you are on. 

Add a Shot

To add a shot:
  1. Go to Content widget on the right navigation bar.
  2. Click Save a Shot under the Showflow section on the left pane.
  3. Select the checkbox of the speakers available on the backstage.
  4. Add banners or content elements as required.


Delete or Update a Shot

If you wish to edit a shot you have previously created, you can click the more option on a particular shot and click Update. This allows you to reselect all the elements of the shot again. Click Delete to delete/remove a shot.

Note: You can drag and drop a shot to rearrange them if required. However, you can play any shot anytime during the session.

Tips

  • Hover on the shot thumbnail to get a quick view of the elements that were added.
  • Add an Empty Shots (blank screen) to update them later during the dry run.
